This coaching program is one of my most unique services and is tailored to the needs of the individual. I build coaches’ knowledge not only in technical aspects, but also help them grow through two-way discussion and mental analysis, in order to make sure they have the right mindset to put all of the knowledge gained into practice.

The program covers the following subjects:

• Basic positions – how to develop body control
• Sculls – what no one really coaches
• Training plans – for a full season
• Biomechanics of the sport
• Figures and Elements – for each category
• Flexibility exercises – splits, arch, full body
• Developing skills: vertical line, support scull, eggbeater, 6 ways to spin, barracuda… progressively, from land to water.
• Choreography – the steps from creation to competition
• Long Term Athlete Development Program, based on Canadian theory
• Social media for coaches who want to build their own club
• And answers to your specific questions about training on land or in the water through instant messaging, WhatsApp and email

This course includes all of my services:

• One-to-one consultations
• Video classes
• Video analysis
• Music search and editing
• Choreography
• Coaching on WhatsApp

We will take around 4 months to cover everything and will meet once a week, with a video class on a second day each week. It will teach you all of the steps for you to be able to make it on your own.

I have had coaches so inspired by this course that they went on to give their own clinics. This is key for me – that you feel empowered not only to help yourself grow in the sport, but that you also help inspire and develop your community.
