Have you been wanting to learn a specific skill but need direction?

I can assess how far you have achieved it so far and, from this point, will create a video (approx. 1 hour), in which I set out the steps you need to follow to achieve this goal.

For coaches it could be… how to create a training plan, how to build choreography, what needs to be considered when coaching different age groups, how to find/edit music and create training tracks – or even how to build your social media to attract more swimmers to your club.

For athletes it could include… improving your vertical body line, barracudas, body boosts, support scull, spins or specific age group figures.
